Shipping times and costs vary depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. Our standard shipping offers a delivery window of 1-5 business days.
We provide free shipping on all orders over €95. Detailed information on specific shipping methods, their prices, and delivery times will be available at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This number allows you to monitor the status of your shipment either through our "Track Order" page or by following the link provided in the email.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all European countries. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Should an order be returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment, which may be subject to additional fees.
